Our Communications, Technology and Web teams are looking for the best practices to fuel change and streamline the flow required to compete with today's culture. To do that, we continually ask these type of questions:
- Are people letting us in or shutting us out? Do we know why?
- Are we giving people what they want, when they want it?
- Are we unifying our message or diluting it?
- Are we making it easy to understand? Easy to find? Easy to do?
- Do we attract or repel? Is it appealing (context)? Engaging (presentation)? Helpful (content)?
- Are we reducing the noise in people's life or adding to it?
- Are we focusing our energy from the "inside out" or from the "outside in"?
- Are we removing the barriers to entry?
- Do we know why people will spend their time and attention on us?
- Are we drawing people into the content we have to offer?
- Are we keeping the main things the main things?
- Are we protecting the integrity of the GCC "experience" at all of our touch points?
Great, thanks for having these PDFs available for download! I posted about this on Faith Creative.

LiveWire is an incredible experience and if there is any way you can get there - make an effort to do so. You'll be inspired and equipped to go back to your churches and start bringing excellence to your communications and technology.
