I'm pretty geeked about Guy Kawasaki saying yes to come to Granger and speak at Innovate 2007.
I think he's qualified. I'll list a few of those reasons here [enhanced with links to past posts on his blog].
- He's got a whole category about Innovation on his blog...
- How to Change the World (it deserves a bullet point of it's own)
- He is a Christ-follower who doesn't hide that fact or bullhorn it...but lives it.
- I've heard him talk about his wife and family. He honors them.
- He loves his Q.
- He's an Apple evangelist but still has a grip on objective technology reviews.
- He's an author of some really great books.
- Aloha. He's from Hawaii. I honeymooned there.
- He makes comic strips about his adventures. I can't wait to see his comic strip about his trip to Granger.
- He's authentic.
- He took mine and Tim's call yesterday. We're going to invite you to listen in on that conversation on June 19.
What an awesome coup to get Guy to speak at Innovate. You guys rock!
I made a promise to myself to only visit South Bend every other year, so I have to miss this one, seeing that I made my obligatory trip last year...(my mother in law lives there)
