I woke up to find this in my email this a.m. It's made my Friday great.
Dear Kem,
I hate books.
I read a LOT online.
But I hate books.
I took a flight to California today and read 205 pages of your book.
I love your book!
Great job!
Ben Sanders

Great Book! Have ordered one for each member of our Communications team. I read it, cover to cover, Saturday at the pool. We have a lot to do on our Communications, pray that it can all be done in the right spirit. Change doesn't always come easy.

That's a nice letter to get. Doesn't that just make your day?

Well, let me just add to the list of adulations! I not only read your book, purchased it for my entire communications team, AND sent a copy to daughter #1 attending the MBA program at Northwestern, AND daughter #2 in her Senior year of Marketing and Advertising at SJSU. The cumulative response, "WOW!"
