Would love to hear about your approach to managing technology change specifically. Here are the kinds of question I have:
How do you (and your church) manage technology change? Let's say you were contemplating making big changes like a new CMS, new Church Management Software, or adopting a new communication platform, or all of the above. Who are the stakeholders? Who leads technology change? If a team effort is being applied to managing technology change, does the team meet regularly, and on what cycle, or would meetings of this team be project-driven? Hope this makes sense.
